Return Policy
Because every shirt is printed on demand just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
If something is wrong with your order, we'll make it right. That includes:
- A misprint or a print that doesn't match the design you ordered
- A damaged or defective item
- The wrong item or wrong size sent (different from what you ordered)
- A package confirmed lost in transit
Email [your support email] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You won't need to send the item back unless we ask.
Cancellations: We can cancel an order for a full refund only before it goes into production, which usually starts within a few hours of ordering. Email us as soon as possible. Once printing has started, the order can't be canceled.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to show up.
Not covered: items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery, sizing chosen by the customer, and delays caused by an incorrect shipping address.
