Shipping Policy
Every Punchline Threads shirt is printed just for you after you order, so please allow a little extra time.
Processing time: Orders are printed and packed in 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday, not counting holidays).
Delivery time after it ships:
- United States: usually 5 to 7 business days
- Canada, UK, Australia and Europe: usually 10 to 15 business days
Most US orders arrive within about 2 weeks of ordering. These are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays, weather and customs can add time.
Shipping cost: Free shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $5.80
Tracking: You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Address: Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, or it goes unclaimed, we can reship it once you pay the new shipping cost.
Customs and duties: International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. These are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility.
Lost packages: If your order hasn't arrived within 5 days after the estimated delivery date, email us at [your support email] and we'll track it down. If a package shows as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. We aren't responsible for packages stolen after delivery, but we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
